  • UK operational and engineering agents to The Train at the End of the World, Argentina, including hosting training courses in the UK.
  • Review of the offer and operations at the Israel Railway Museum in Haifa.
  • Pro Bono Development work at the Sierra Leone National Railway Museum in Freetown.
  • Support to the North Yorkshire Moors Railway in framing its National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) grant application.
  • Support to the Bahamas Locomotive Society in evaluating the NLHF-funded project to restore the locomotive to main line operational condition.
  • Support to the Statfold Barn Railway in developing its case to be granted Accredited Museum status.
  • Arts Council funded project to write Guidelines for the care of larger and working objects (railways, ships and aircraft).
  • Project to further develop the Nigerian Railway Museum in Lagos, including assessment of River Class 2-8-2s for return to working order.
  • Project management of a 5-part Channel 4 TV series charting the restoration of four poor-condition historic coaches in 6 months flat, hosted by Peter Snow.
  • Conservation and restoration of the only surviving Priestman Excavator for Hull Street Life Museum.
  • Mechanical and boiler inspection of Great Northern Railway J52 steam locomotive prior to restoration to working order.
  • Planning the extension of the Bala Lake Railway.
  • Support to the introduction of a steam locomotive-hauled luxury train service operating out of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
  • Support to the development of a new Railway Museum in Yokohama, including construction of a replica of Japan's first British-built railway carriage.
  • Research and support to the installation of a stone-built steam locomotive for inclusion in an Army memorial located in Catterick Garrison.
  • Post restoration inspection and assessment of Australian Express Steam Locomotive No 3801 in Sydney, Australia.
  • Consultancy reports for Darlington Borough Council in preparing the Stockton & Darlington Railway Bicentenary (S&DR 200) celebrations, covering an Early Locomotives Exhibition and the live rail action programme.
  • Consultancy project management in acquiring the Locomotion No1 Replica for Darlington Borough Council, and in planning its return to steam.
  • Sourcing a supply of Steam Locomotive Wheels for a commemorative memorial at Vulcan Foundry, Newton le Willows.
  • Management of the 1825 Train re-enactment for the S&DR 200 events in 2025.
